    • Work through an array of thoughts, feelings and trauma.
    • As well as equip them with strategies and help them work
    • towards a brighter, more positive future.

  • Empowerment

    • A once weekly session for two people/families you sponsor
    • Their sessions are 50 minutes with a counsellor
    • Your sponsorship will help us provide free counselling
    • To the most vulnerable within the community.

    • As well as equip them with strategies and help them work

  • Champion of kindness
